- How long is the delivery time?
Each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Processing time is usually 2–5 business days for orders within Sweden. For international orders, delivery may take a little longer depending on postal services.
-Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love creating one-of-a-kind pieces with personal meaning. Feel free to reach out via email or the contact form to discuss your vision – whether it’s a specific stone, shape, or energy you’re drawn to.
-What materials do you use?
My jewelry is hand-wrapped using copper, sometimes with an antique finish, and adorned with carefully selected genuine crystals. Each stone is chosen for its energy and beauty. You’ll find more details on each piece’s product page.
-How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your piece beautiful for as long as possible:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals
- Store it in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch.
- Copper naturally develops a patina over time – it’s part of its charm! If you prefer a shiny look, gently polish with a jewelry cloth.

Returns, refunds & Right of Withdrawal
The item must be unused and in its original condition. Custom-made orders or items on sale are not eligible for return. Please contact me before returning any items. at [email protected].

I accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. Please contact me for more information at [email protected]
If you are not satisfied, or if there is a problem with the piece, please contact me, as I would rather work something out and rectify any problem you may have, especially if there was an error obviously made by me.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the returned item looks good and your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returned item.
**Items returned should include tracking to ensure I receive it. It's not guaranteed that I will receive your returned item and only upon receipt of the item will a refund be issued.
